These days, grabbing a night of good, sound sleep is a luxury. Whenever I manage to get one, in the morning I feel like I’ve won the lottery. Unfortunately, those mornings are rare lately – mostly I feel like I’ve slept on nails, which does nothing for my attitude, or my productivity.
